Common questions
Help is organized by use case while preserving guidance on vault recovery, fees, and exception boundaries.
AI subscriptions
Check card status, balance, and merchant requirements first. If the order is processing, review it in the vault or submit an exception request.
No. Availability depends on the card product, merchant rules, and payment-rail requirements.
Ad spend
The platform or provider is still confirming the result. Operations can continue reconciliation or manual handling.
No. Velora does not provide capabilities to bypass platform review, risk controls, or merchant rules.
Online procurement
Choose a card product that supports top-up. The fee snapshot is shown before top-up confirmation.
Private vault
You can still purchase, but must keep the permanent link, QR code, and password yourself. They cannot be self-recovered if lost.
Fees and orders
Examples only explain the calculation. Before confirmation, the actual order gets a fee snapshot based on the then-current product, amount, payment rail, discounts, and user tier.
No. Confirmed orders retain their original fee snapshot. Later adjustments affect only new orders or top-ups.
Card state and exceptions
Review card state and order history in the vault. Processing orders continue reconciliation; exceptions can be handled manually according to provider, payment-rail, and order rules.
Provider, payment-rail, or back-office reconciliation is not complete. Velora retains the state trail instead of presenting an unexplained failure.
